Game Drives Chobe National Park
Take some time out to spend the day exploring Chobe National Park which straddles Zimbabwe and Botswana and is flooded by the Zambezi during the rainy season. Come and enjoy the abundance of wildlife and birds that reside in this exquisite national park.
A friendly Khanondo host will collect you from your Victoria Falls accommodation early in the morning between 06h30 – 07h00 from where you will be transferred to the border. This is a unique border post where the countries of Zambia, Botswana, Zimbabwe and Namibia meet in the middle of the river. Begin your day with a boat cruise on the banks of the magnificent Chobe River; from here you can do some of the best game viewing as animals come to the water for an early morning drink. Some highlights of this trip include sightings of elephant herds coming to the river to bath, buffalo and the high probability of sighting lions. After lunch, which is included in the tour, you will be taken into the park using a 4×4 safari vehicle, essential for the sandy dirt roads that comprise the park. At the end of the day, which draws to a close at approximately at 16h00, you will be transferred back to your Victoria Falls accommodation.
